Welcome to Haze. These Terms of Service ("Terms") are between you and Haze Perfume Co. ("Haze," "we," or "us"). They govern your access to and use of our website, located at www.hazeperfume.com, any purchases made through it, and our text messaging program. By accessing or using our website, or by signing up for text messages, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree, please do not use our website or our text messaging program.

 

Use of Our Website

You may use this website for lawful purposes only and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to misuse the site, interfere with its operation, or attempt unauthorized access to any systems or data.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to our website if we believe these Terms have been violated.

 

Products and Orders

All products offered by Haze are subject to availability. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue products at any time without notice.

By placing an order, you represent that all information provided is accurate and that you are authorized to use the payment method submitted. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including suspected fraud or errors in pricing or availability.

 

Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated. Prices, taxes, and shipping fees are subject to change without notice.

Payment must be received before an order is accepted and shipped.

 

Shipping, Returns, and Exchanges

Shipping, returns, and exchanges are governed by our separate Shipping, Returns, and Exchanges Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

 

Text Messaging Program (Mobile Terms)

The program. The Haze Perfume Co. mobile message service (the "SMS Program") is operated by Haze Perfume Co. By consenting to our SMS/text messaging service, you agree to receive recurring SMS/text messages from and on behalf of Haze Perfume Co. through your wireless provider to the mobile number you provided, even if your mobile number is registered on any state or federal Do Not Call list. Text messages may be sent using an automatic telephone dialing system or other technology. Service-related messages may include updates, alerts, and information (e.g., order updates and account alerts). Promotional messages may include promotions, specials, and other marketing offers (e.g., cart reminders).

Consent is not required to purchase. You do not have to sign up for the SMS Program in order to make any purchase, and your consent is not a condition of any purchase with Haze Perfume Co. Your participation in the SMS Program is completely voluntary.

Cost and message frequency. We do not charge for the SMS Program, but you are responsible for all charges and fees associated with text messaging imposed by your wireless provider. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Check your mobile plan and contact your wireless provider for details.

How to opt out. You may opt out of the SMS Program at any time. Text the single keyword command STOP to +1 (833) 579-7034, or click the unsubscribe link (where available) in any text message, to cancel. You will receive a one-time opt-out confirmation text message, and no further messages will be sent to your mobile device unless initiated by you. If you have subscribed to other Haze Perfume Co. mobile message programs and wish to cancel, except where applicable law requires otherwise, you will need to opt out separately from those programs by following the instructions provided in their respective mobile terms.

Help. For support or assistance with the SMS Program, text HELP to +1 (833) 579-7034 or email support@hazeperfume.com.

Changes to our number. We may change any short code or telephone number we use to operate the SMS Program at any time and will notify you of these changes. You acknowledge that any messages, including any STOP or HELP requests, you send to a short code or telephone number we have changed may not be received, and we will not be responsible for honoring requests made in such messages.

Your mobile number. You agree to provide us with a valid mobile number. If you get a new mobile number, you will need to sign up for the SMS Program with your new number.

Delivery. The wireless carriers supported by the SMS Program are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree that we will not be liable for failed, delayed, or misdirected delivery of any information sent through the SMS Program, any errors in such information, or any action you may or may not take in reliance on the information or the SMS Program.

Changes to the program. We may modify or cancel the SMS Program or any of its features without notice.

Privacy. We respect your right to privacy. To see how we collect and use your personal information, including your mobile number and text messaging consent, please see our Privacy Policy.

 

Personal Use and Product Disclaimer

Haze products are intended for personal use only. Our hair perfumes are formulated with clean and thoughtfully selected ingredients, but individual sensitivities may vary.

We do not guarantee that our products are suitable for every individual. You are responsible for reviewing ingredient information and discontinuing use if irritation occurs.

 

Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, images, logos, product names, and design elements, is the property of Haze or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or use any content without prior written permission.

 

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Haze shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising out of or related to your use of the website, our products, or the SMS Program.

Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the product giving rise to the claim.

 

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Haze from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your violation of these Terms or misuse of our website, products, or SMS Program.
